Zarina holds a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She underwent clinical training at St. Augustine University, specializing in orthopedic spine therapy. In her pursuit of professional growth, Zarina completed visceral mobilization training and cranio-sacral training/certification from Barrel Institute. She is currently working towards certification in Pelvic Rehabilitation (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Institute, as well as mastery certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT).

Zarina’s expertise extends to pelvic floor pain, as she is one of the two physical therapists in the United States trained by Dr. David Wise, renowned author of “Headache in the Pelvis,” enabling her to implement his specific pelvic floor pain protocol. She actively contributes to Dr. Robert J. Echenberg’s Facebook and blog, particularly focusing on pelvic floor pain. Additionally, Zarina has expanded her skills to incorporate Amino Neuro Frequency and Arvigo techniques of Maya abdominal massage.
