Yana holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, which she obtained in 2000. Her dedication to providing long-lasting relief to patients drove her to pursue continuing education immediately after completing her degree. In 2006, Yana embarked on a transformative journey when she received specialized training in pelvic floor therapy through the Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute. Since then, pelvic health has become her true passion.

Yana approaches physical therapy with a holistic perspective, utilizing gentle hands-on techniques to address the various systems in the body. In her practice, she combines both traditional and unconventional manual therapy techniques, such as visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, visceral vascular manipulation, manual articular techniques, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, and lymph drainage. By conducting thorough whole-body evaluations, Yana identifies underlying dysfunctions that may be causing physical pain or discomfort.

Driven by her commitment to becoming a well-rounded and proficient provider, Yana has dedicated several years to extensive training with renowned institutions such as the Barral Institute, Upledger Institute, Chikly Health Institute, Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, and the Postural Restoration Institute. She has also become a teaching assistant with the Barral Institute and is certified in neural manipulation.

Yana’s unwavering passion for pelvic health and her genuine desire to help those in need ensure that her patients receive the highest level of care. She is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners. With her comprehensive training and expertise, Yana is committed to providing the best possible treatment for her patients.
