Whitney completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology. She then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, which she obtained in 2012.

With a passion for helping patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, Whitney has undergone advanced training in this specialized area. She holds a pelvic rehab certified practitioner certification from the Herman and Wallace Education Institute. Additionally, she is certified as a level one and level two practitioner in trigger point dry needling, with a specific focus on dry needling for pelvic floor dysfunction disorders.
