Tiffany, a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2006, has a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy. However, after experiencing her own personal journey following the birth of her first child, she became inspired to expand her practice into pelvic health.
Driven by her passion for helping others, Tiffany has pursued further education through Herman & Wallace and is currently working towards certification as a pelvic rehabilitation practitioner. She loves incorporating her expertise in manual therapy and utilizing principles from yoga when treating various pelvic health issues.
Tiffany is particularly dedicated to raising public awareness about the impact of pregnancy on pelvic floor function. She finds fulfillment in treating post-partum conditions, pelvic pain, prolapse, urinary incontinence, abdominal and hip pain, as well as bowel dysfunction. With her personal experiences, Tiffany can empathize with her patients on a deep level, while assisting them in achieving their goals. These goals may include improving tolerance to daily living, alleviating pelvic discomfort or incontinence, or enhancing pelvic floor function for athletic performance.
Excitingly, Tiffany recently opened her own private practice, Restorative Physical Therapy & Core Wellness, in January 2021. With a comfortable and private setting, she is now able to provide her patients with exceptional care and treatment.
