The individual graduated from College of Saint Mary in 2017 and obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy degree (OTR/L). They have received advanced training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, as well as various other sources, in the field of pelvic health rehabilitation. Their expertise lies in female pelvic floor function and dysfunction, particularly related to urinary incontinence and musculoskeletal components of urogynecological pain syndromes such as chronic pelvic pain, vulvar pain, and interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome. They are also experienced in treating conditions such as bowel dysfunction (including fecal incontinence, constipation, defecation disorders, and fecal urgency), as well as coccyx pain and pudendal neuralgia. Their training includes courses such as Herman and Wallace’s Pelvic Floor levels 1 and 2A, Pregnancy Rehabilitation and Postpartum Rehabilitation, Nicole Cozean’s Pelvic PT Essentials, IC: Holistic Evaluation and Treatment, and Downtraining Master Class, as well as Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Certification.
