Tara Sullivan, PT, DPT, PRPC, WCS, IF has been involved in the healthcare field for many years, boasting a diverse range of experience and qualifications. Starting as a massage therapist, she spent over a decade honing her skills, even teaching massage and anatomy and physiology for three years. Alongside her practical experience, Tara pursued her education at Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She furthered her academic achievements by obtaining a Masters of Science in Human Movement and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University.

Since 2012, Tara has devoted her expertise exclusively to addressing Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, specializing in the treatment of bowel, bladder, sexual dysfunctions, and pelvic pain. She has undergone extensive training through Herman and Wallace, earning her PRPC certification. Additionally, she has become a board-certified clinical specialist in women’s health (WCS) through APTA and a fellow of the International Society for the study of Women Sexual Health (IF).

Tara’s passion for her work led her to establish the pelvic health program at HonorHealth in Scottsdale. Due to its success, she has expanded the practice to two other locations across the valley. Despite her many responsibilities, Tara remains committed to providing hands-on, personalized care to her patients. In addition to her clinical work, Tara is actively involved in academia. She serves as adjunct faculty, regularly speaking at the annual conference for the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH). Furthermore, she teaches an elective course on Pelvic Health at Northern Arizona University (NAU) and Franklin Pierce University.
