Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree in dance from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS in 2001. After a successful career teaching classical ballet for 17 years, she decided to further her education and pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

During her time in school, Suzanne completed a clinical rotation at a pelvic health clinic in the Memphis, TN area. Under the guidance of a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES), she gained valuable experience in treating patients with pelvic floor issues. Suzanne also utilized her background in classical ballet to conduct research on the effects of ballet training on the pelvic floor and delivered an in-service presentation at the clinic.

Suzanne enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, including pregnant and postpartum women, dancers, recreational athletes, and more serious female athletes. She specializes in treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, constipation, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse among others. Her priority is to improve her patients’ quality of life and overall well-being by providing personalized care, validating their experiences, and collaborating with them to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Suzanne is a devoted wife and busy mother of two children.
