The individual began their undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Nutrition at the University of Utah. They subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University. After completing their master’s degree, they enrolled in Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions to study Physical Therapy. With a solid foundation in orthopedic injury treatment from their two-year experience at Mountainland Physical Therapy, they decided to expand their expertise in pelvic floor issues. They attended courses offered by Herman and Wallace, specializing in the treatment of conditions such as diastasis recti, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, dyspareunia, incontinence, and organ prolapse. Presently, they are actively involved in addressing these pelvic floor concerns and providing effective therapeutic solutions.
