Stephanie, originally from Apple Valley, CA, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos. Motivated to further her education, she pursued graduate studies at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. With dedication and hard work, Stephanie graduated with high honors, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Currently, Stephanie practices at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Diego, CA. Her areas of expertise include pelvic health, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine and extremity injuries, gait/balance therapy, vestibular/BPPV/concussions, chronic pain, TMD, and cervicogenic headaches. She is passionate about helping her patients recover from various conditions and injuries.
Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys an active lifestyle. She is an avid runner and hiker, appreciating the beauty of nature. She also loves spending time at the beach and participating in workouts at Orangetheory Fitness. Stephanie values quality time with her husband and their rescue dog, Vader.
