They graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). In 2011, they achieved Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS), followed by a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy for Pelvic Floor (CAPP-PF) in 2013, and then Board Certification in Women’s/Pelvic Health (WCS) in 2019. However, they have since allowed their OCS certification to expire as their primary focus is now on treating pelvic health patients. They have experience seeing a wide variety of patients with pelvic floor and orthopedic complaints, specializing in pelvic pain and pre- and post-partum issues. Their expertise includes diagnosing and treating conditions such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or retention, constipation, fecal incontinence, painful sex (dyspareunia), vulvodynia, and diastasis rectus abdominis, among others. They provide treatment for women, children, and breastfeeding women experiencing recurrent blocked milk ducts with excellent success. With a background in orthopedics, they are well-equipped to address a range of pelvic diagnoses and consider all factors that may impact symptoms, such as lower back pain and weak abdominal or hip muscles. They collaborate closely with patients to develop personalized care plans and assist in restoring normal function. They are also available to answer any questions.
