Sierra, a recipient of a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2018, has been dedicated to expanding her expertise in various areas of her field. She has pursued additional education in functional manual therapy, dry needling, pelvic health, visceral mobilization, and functional movement assessment. Sierra’s journey in pelvic health began in 2019 when she commenced her training with Herman and Wallace.

Sierra’s passion lies in assisting individuals, regardless of gender or age, who struggle with a range of conditions such as incontinence, urgency, urinary frequency, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, constipation, abdominal pain, low back pain, pelvic pain, and coccyx pain. Drawing from her extensive knowledge, she employs a comprehensive approach that combines traditional pelvic floor techniques, biofeedback, dry needling, manual therapy, and personalized exercise programs tailored to the individual’s needs. With the ultimate goal of helping her patients achieve their desired outcomes, Sierra plans to sit for her PRPC certification in November 2023.
