Sidney, a graduate of the University of Kansas for her undergraduate studies and The University of Saint Mary for her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, has recently obtained certification as a pelvic rehabilitation practitioner. Since 2021, she has been dedicated to treating pelvic health issues for individuals of all genders, specializing in conditions such as chronic and acute pelvic pain, dyspareunia, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel dysfunctions (including constipation and fecal incontinence), and generalized strengthening.

In her pursuit of excellence, Sidney actively seeks opportunities for further learning and growth. She engages in continuous education programs, stays updated with the latest research articles and journals, and strives to become a more well-rounded and inclusive therapist.
