Dr. DeSchaaf completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Chapman University in 2011. After gaining experience in outpatient orthopedics, she decided to pursue a specialization in pelvic health. This led her to establish SHEFit Physical Therapy, located in Pacific Beach. At SHEFit PT, Dr. DeSchaaf’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive care for women, particularly in the areas of prenatal and postpartum therapy, as well as female pelvic health. Additionally, she offers postpartum fitness programs and strength training to help women regain their physical well-being after childbirth.
