Sarah is a passionate and dedicated specialist who focuses on treating pelvic pain and dysfunction, as well as pre-natal and postpartum patients. Her goal is to empower women with pelvic floor dysfunction, enabling them to engage in activities they love without experiencing pain, discomfort, or embarrassment. Sarah’s expertise in this field is supported by her completion of Pelvic Floor level 1 and 2a through Herman and Wallace, along with various other courses that enhance her ability to provide the best possible treatment for her patients. In addition to being an occupational therapist, Sarah is the proud owner of Restoring Core Connections, located in Lancaster, OH. She obtained her Master’s degree in occupational therapy from Chatham University and her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Furthermore, Sarah is certified as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, further expanding her knowledge and skills in her field.
