Sarah, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, obtained her degree from the New York Institute of Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Pre-Physical Therapy from Carthage College. Sarah takes pleasure in treating patients with various orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. Maintaining a holistic approach to her treatments is made possible by her diverse caseload. Moreover, Sarah is a Women’s Health Specialist, equipped to assist women with pelvic health issues, as well as pregnancy and postpartum needs. Her training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute has prepared her for this specialization. Additionally, Sarah holds certifications in KinetaCore Functional Dry Needling Levels 1 and 2. She has also undergone additional training in pain science and visceral mobilizations. Sarah’s passion for physical therapy was sparked at a young age, inspired by her grandmother and aunt, who were both physical therapists. Furthermore, her involvement in NCAA Division III Collegiate volleyball and softball further fueled her interest in movement. On a perfect Saturday, Sarah would enjoy being outdoors, playing with her golden retriever, Louie, and exploring new restaurants with her husband. In her free time, she engages in activities such as swimming, spinning, running, weight classes, and volleyball.
