Sarah Kutz, a resident of Mechanicsburg, PA, had her educational journey at Saint Francis University, where she pursued both undergraduate and graduate studies. During her time there, she actively participated in the cross country and track and field teams. Passionate about running, she continues to dedicate herself to training for various road races, spanning from the mile to the marathon distance. In her leisure time, Sarah finds joy in the company of loved ones, exploring new places, and visiting breweries.

After completing her studies, Sarah decided to further specialize in the field of pelvic floor dysfunction. She sought out additional training through the esteemed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. As a result, she has acquired expertise in treating a wide range of pelvic floor conditions. These include pre/post partum issues, interstitial cystitis, diastasis recti (abdominal separation) following pregnancy, bladder pain syndrome, constipation, incontinence of urine and feces, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain (including pain during intercourse), pain related to endometriosis, and pregnancy-related pain. Notably, Sarah possesses specialized knowledge in the treatment of athletes with pelvic floor dysfunction.
