Sapna Parikh Patel, PT, MPT, embarked on her professional journey at St. Louis University, where she obtained a master’s degree in physical therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science Physiology in 2002. Demonstrating her dedication to her field, Sapna expanded her expertise by receiving specialized training in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction with the esteemed Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute.

With her extensive knowledge and experience, Sapna specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions. These include Pregnancy & Postpartum Urinary and Fecal Incontinence, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic pain, Core (abdominal) weakness, Pelvic floor muscle weakness- vaginal laxity, Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) (Rectocele, Uterine Prolapse, Cystocele), Vaginismus, Endometriosis, and various other conditions.
