Dr. Saige C. Abrams is a dedicated practitioner who was drawn to pelvic floor therapy due to her observation of a significant disparity between the number of individuals in the community struggling with pelvic floor-related issues and the limited awareness of how to address these concerns. Her goal is to contribute to closing this gap by providing patients with a sense of empowerment and attentiveness in their treatment. Dr. Abrams completed her clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Nova Southeastern University and currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member there. She has received specialized training from Herman & Wallace and is certified in Sensory Integration after successfully completing the USC Sensory Integration Continuing Education Certificate Program. Dr. Abrams brings a unique perspective to pelvic floor therapy, as her background allows her to understand how our bodies process and react to the constant sensory information inundating our nervous system, thereby offering valuable insights into pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and incontinence.
