Rachel, a Tampa native, holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to pursuing her doctoral degree, she obtained both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of South Florida. Initially, Rachel worked as a middle school teacher before transitioning to a career in physical therapy.

Rachel’s interest in pelvic floor physical therapy developed during her own pregnancy and postpartum period, where she experienced firsthand the benefits of this specialized therapy. Recognizing the importance of pelvic floor therapy, she is determined to ensure that every individual who goes through childbirth has access to the same relief and awareness that she gained. With two children of her own, Rachel intimately understands the challenges faced by parents as they carry and raise their little ones. She is enthusiastic about equipping her patients with knowledge and movement, empowering them through the process.
