EDUCATION: The individual holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Auburn University, which was obtained in 2014. They further pursued their education by completing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020.

CERTIFICATIONS: The individual has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. In 2019, they obtained the APTA Pelvic Health 1 certification. In the following year, they completed the Otago Falls Prevention Program and the LSVT BIG certification. In 2021, they further expanded their expertise by acquiring the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor 2A certification. Continuing their professional development, they completed the FDN Level 1 certification in 2022. Furthermore, they are currently working towards obtaining the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor 2B certification.
