Rachel, a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills occupational therapy school in 2016, began her career in neuro rehabilitation. In this role, she worked closely with individuals recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and trauma, providing hands-on experience in movement-based therapy and habit training.

Seeking to expand her expertise, Rachel pursued pelvic floor therapy and received education from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. This additional training allows her to work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various dysfunctions, as well as pregnancy and postpartum issues.

As a mother of two, Rachel developed feeding and positioning workshops for parents, helping them understand how to introduce solids to their children. She finds joy in incorporating pilates into treatment sessions, continuously expanding her practice.
