The Coccyx Pain Center, led by the Director at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, focuses on providing specialized non-surgical treatment for coccydynia, also known as coccyx pain or tailbone pain. The Director, who obtained their M.D. from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 1992, completed their residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University’s Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago from 1993 to 1996. Since 1996, they have been a respected member of the faculty at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, holding the position of Full Professor.
