Hello! Paige Genova is the name of a pelvic floor OT and the founder of Vital Pelvic Health and Wellness, Youngstown’s first and only multi clinician pelvic floor therapy clinic. Vital Pelvic Health and Wellness (VPH) focuses exclusively on the treatment of male and female pelvic floor dysfunction. Within the medical system, individuals who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction often face disadvantages, as most providers lack understanding of the pelvic floor and simply prescribe kegels as a solution. The motivation behind founding VPH was to change this narrative.

At VPH, Paige and her team assist both men and women in finding lasting relief from a variety of conditions, including pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, urinary and bowel issues, as well as orthopedic hip and back pain. Additionally, Paige holds a special certification in providing evidence-based, expert care for the pre/postnatal population. This allows her to deliver comprehensive care during pregnancy, offer labor and delivery preparation, and provide postpartum support from a holistic, whole-body perspective.
