Dr. Natasha Dawkins, a recipient of the Susan J. Herdman Award for Clinical Practice, obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2015. She graduated with high honors and has since been recognized by the Academy of Pelvic Health with the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health (CAPP-PH), an esteemed accolade within the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently employed by an outpatient rehab company in the southwest corridor of Atlanta, Dr. Dawkins dedicates herself to improving pelvic health education within her community. Her areas of expertise include treating pelvic floor issues in all genders, such as low-functioning pelvic floor dysfunctions (prolapse, stress/urge urinary incontinence, urinary urgency), obstetrics issues (diastasis recti, antepartum pain, postpartum pain, pelvic pain), and high-tone pelvic floor dysfunctions (constipation, pelvic pain, painful intercourse).
Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Dawkins enjoys staying active by running with the West Georgia Track Club and hiking. She also loves to travel with her husband and spend quality time with her two adorable dogs.
