They received their doctorate of physical therapy from the joint program at UCSF/SFSU and furthered their education by participating in the Kaiser Northern California Orthopedic residency program. Currently, they practice both orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy, demonstrating a strong passion for assisting patients in discovering uncomplicated exercises that enhance their daily routines and contribute to overall balance and wellness. During their free time, they enjoy engaging in yoga practice and instruction, immersing themselves in nature, as well as participating in various physical activities such as running, hiking, swimming, or biking.
