The assistant specializes in providing support to individuals, particularly mothers, in their preparation for and recovery from childbirth, surgery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the restoration of their core and pelvic floor. By utilizing a comprehensive and holistic approach, the assistant aims to help clients regain their strength and confidence, enabling them to engage in activities such as exercise, gardening, work, and playing with their children, free from pelvic pain, leakage, or fear of injury. As a certified Restore Your Core® Teacher, the assistant is well-equipped to address the physical, psychological, and social aspects of pelvic floor healing. Ultimately, the assistant’s goal is to empower individuals to experience strength and joy in both motherhood and their overall lives.
