Nadia earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Miami University before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University. Throughout her professional career, she has specialized in orthopedics and pelvic health for individuals of all genders. Nadia applies a variety of techniques, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (including trigger point dry needling), and visceral mobilization, to provide comprehensive care to her patients. Currently, she serves patients at two clinic locations in Kingstowne and Lorton, Virginia.
