Throughout her doctoral studies, Mona actively volunteered at the Children’s Heart Center at Sunrise Hospital in Nevada, as well as various non-profit organizations in the Las Vegas area, where she worked tirelessly to promote health, wellness, and fitness among the youth.

Outside of her professional commitments, Mona leads an active lifestyle, embracing activities such as yoga, paddle boarding, hiking, and running. She plans to enhance her skills by pursuing yoga teacher training and incorporating it into her patient care. During her downtime, Mona enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, spending quality time with her loved ones, and playing with her beloved French Bulldogs.
