Her name is Mollie, a physical therapist and the proud owner of Milestone Physical Therapy. Native to the Sacramento area, she feels privileged to serve this remarkable community. With a career spanning since 2004, Mollie has had the opportunity to explore various areas of specialization. Starting with sports medicine and orthopedics, she later transitioned into neurological rehabilitation and home health. After her family expanded to include three wonderful boys, Mollie decided to establish her own private practice, focusing on myofascial release and pelvic health. In 2012, she played a pivotal role in developing a Pelvic Health program for men dealing with pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy incontinence at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville.

Throughout her diverse experiences, Mollie has consistently emphasized the importance of manual therapy in her treatment approach. She believes that for many patients, exercise alone is not enough to facilitate recovery. By addressing issues such as faulty alignment, adhesion, improper muscle sequencing, and fear of movement through hands-on techniques, she has successfully guided her patients towards functional movement and exercise with increased confidence.
