Miriam is a highly accomplished physical therapist who graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988 with a bachelor’s of science degree in Physical Therapy. Throughout her career, she has continuously sought to expand her skillset and expertise. In 1993, she completed a comprehensive 3-week course in Neurodevelopmental Technique (NDT), further enhancing her abilities in this specialized area.

In 2006, Miriam achieved the esteemed certification of Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art. This certification showcases her advanced proficiency in manual therapy techniques and her dedication to providing the highest level of care to her patients.

Miriam’s experience spans across various rehabilitation settings, both inpatient and outpatient. However, in recent years, she has focused primarily on outpatient orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She firmly believes in the importance of tailoring her treatment approach to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. To achieve this, Miriam utilizes a combination of manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, patient education, and personalized exercise programs.
