Michelle Alva graduated from Florida International University in 1996 and specializes in pelvic floor, root, and sexual trauma healing, as well as sexual empowerment. She is certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy and has undergone specialized training in Shamanic Healing, Therapeutic Touch Energy Healing, Sound Healing, NLP, Hypnosis, PSYCH-K® Mindset Change Processes, Tantra, and Belly dance. Michelle has developed the Alva Method, an approach that combines ancient wisdom with modern science to promote self-healing and empowerment.
