Meredith is a highly qualified professional who obtained her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2003. She further expanded her knowledge by completing a Master’s degree in Nutrition in 2010. Since 2004, Meredith has been an integral part of the Saint Peter’s Sports Medicine team, where she has gained extensive experience working with diverse orthopedic conditions and abilities.

Meredith finds immense fulfillment in assisting individuals in achieving their goals, whether it involves participating in marathons, engaging in high school or collegiate sports, enjoying leisurely walks with their dogs, or playing with their children or grandchildren. She firmly believes in the uniqueness of each person and takes pride in providing personalized attention to every client she works with.

Apart from her expertise in orthopedic treatments, Meredith is also well-versed in addressing women’s health conditions. Her specialization includes managing pregnancy-related pain, aiding in post-partum return to activity, addressing urinary incontinence, and treating various forms of pelvic pain and pelvic organ prolapse.
