They graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health & Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, IA and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Iowa. They have completed Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation courses through Herman & Wallace and have been providing treatment for men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction since 2016. In addition to treating orthopedic conditions, they have expertise in managing urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain (including painful intercourse), pregnancy-related pain, chronic constipation, and more. Their primary focus is on educating patients about their bodies and equipping them with the necessary tools to manage their condition and regain their ability to engage in the activities they enjoy.
