Melissa graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Motivated by her aspiration to become a physical therapist, she pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the same university and successfully completed it in 2011. Throughout her career, Melissa has dedicated her expertise to specializing in the lumbo-pelvic region, with a recent emphasis on pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health. Her goal is to obtain certification from H&M in the near future. Melissa’s approach to patient care is rooted in her passion for holistic assessment and treating each individual with the utmost care and respect.
