She specializes in treating individuals of all genders and ages who are experiencing pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction. Her expertise extends to providing care for women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as before and after GYN surgery. Additionally, she offers her services to men both before and after prostatectomy. Recognized as a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association, she possesses a deep understanding of pelvic health.

In addition to her focus on pelvic health, she also enjoys treating spinal conditions, as they are closely connected to the well-being of the pelvic region. Her treatment approach incorporates various techniques, including dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and cupping, tailored to the specific needs of each patient. With a hands-on approach, she addresses not only the physical aspects but also the bio-psycho-social factors and dysfunctional movement patterns through corrective exercises. This comprehensive approach aims to facilitate the complete recovery and overall well-being of her patients.

She holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Carroll University and currently serves as an adjunct professor for Doctorate of Physical Therapy students at the same institution. Furthermore, she recently authored a book titled “Between the Hips: A Practical Guide for Women,” which is available on Amazon. Through this publication, she aims to promote awareness of pelvic health physical therapy and empower women by providing practical solutions for their pelvic health needs.
