Maria, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University, has been specializing in out-patient orthopedic therapy for over 17 years. In 2006, she became a Sports Certified Specialist, and in 2010, she obtained certification as a Manual Therapist from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Currently, Maria is completing her Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation coursework with Herman and Wallace, and she thoroughly enjoys treating this patient population, in addition to her experience working with orthopedic and sports patients.

Maria’s approach to treatment is centered around individualizing care for each patient, with a focus on identifying the source of pain and dysfunction rather than solely addressing the location of the pain. She takes pride in challenging her patients with creative, functional, and dynamic programs to help them achieve their goals. Maria’s passion for health and wellness shines through in her work, and she finds joy in sharing that passion with her patients.

In her free time, Maria indulges in her love for road cycling and participates in triathlons.
