Marcy L. Crouch, PT, DPT, CLT, WCS has an extensive background in physical therapy and a passion for treating complex pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and the obstetric and postpartum population. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2010 and went on to complete a Women’s Health Residency program in Dallas, TX. During her residency, she focused on pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal issues, and breast cancer rehabilitation.

Marcy is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy (WCS) and has taught pregnancy and sexual health courses in the community. She is also actively involved in the Section on Women’s Health of the American Physical Therapy Association, having held leadership roles and received the APTA’s Emerging Leader Award in 2012. Marcy has taught as an adjunct faculty member in the Biology Department at the University of Portland and has worked in private practice and hospital outpatient clinics in Texas, Northern California, and Oregon.

Currently residing in Southern California, Marcy is the proud owner of Restorative Pelvic Physical Therapy, INC. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to treating chronic pelvic pain and incorporates different disciplines and expertise to provide the best care for her patients. Marcy is a manual therapist but also emphasizes the importance of patient education and empowerment. She aims to develop unique and personalized therapy programs tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

As a mother of two boys, Marcy has firsthand experience with pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She understands the demands of motherhood and will guide your care with both professional expertise and personal experience. Your therapy program will be customized to you, with manageable and realistic exercises and goals. Marcy is dedicated to providing effective therapy with no fluff.
