Dr. Mallory Aye holds a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and a B.S. from the University of Oregon. Following her education, she completed her residency in Tucson, AZ, where she received mentorship in managing chronic pain conditions. During her time in naturopathic school, Dr. Aye began taking courses offered by Herman and Wallace.

Dr. Aye’s treatment approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pelvic pain and developing personalized treatment plans based on clinically proven methods. She primarily works with individuals who have female anatomy and experience pelvic floor dysfunction, including conditions such as urinary incontinence, vestibulodynia, pelvic pain, endometriosis, dyspareunia, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and coccydynia. Dr. Aye has completed Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation courses (Level 1, 2a, and 2b) through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her own experience with chronic pelvic pain has motivated her to offer comprehensive treatment options, combining naturopathic modalities with pelvic floor therapy.

As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Aye combines pelvic therapy modalities with naturopathic approaches to provide relief for her patients. She believes in the importance of holding space for individuals during significant moments in their lives and adopts an evidence-based approach to health with an emphasis on natural modalities. Dr. Aye aims to establish a collaborative health partnership with each patient, taking into account all aspects of their unique health history, including mental and emotional factors. By considering these aspects, she develops individualized treatment plans aligned with the patient’s health goals. Dr. Aye is committed to creating a judgment-free environment in her clinic and approaches healthcare from a trauma-informed, body-neutral, and gender-inclusive perspective.
