Magdalen, a graduate of The College of New Jersey, holds a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science degree. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she also participated in competitive cheerleading. In addition to her degree, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with LYT Yoga, a Yoga Alliance certified school. Seeking further education, Magdalen traveled to Australia to attend the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Bond University, where she graduated with high distinction.

Throughout her academic journey, Magdalen developed a keen interest in pelvic health. To enhance her expertise in this field, she pursued postgraduate training both in Australia and the United States through Herman & Wallace. With her international clinical experience, Magdalen decided to return to her home state of New Jersey to be closer to her family.

Passionate about raising awareness of pelvic rehab, Magdalen strives to empower both men and women to seek the treatment and attention they deserve. Her areas of expertise include a wide range of conditions such as incontinence, bladder conditions, bowel dysfunctions, pain during pregnancy, prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, post-surgical scar pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, sciatica, diastasis recti, ejaculatory dysfunction, penile pain, non-bacterial prostatitis, and more.

Magdalen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey and a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Australia. Additionally, she has received specialized training in pelvic floor health through courses such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1: An Introduction to Female Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction, and Treatment, and Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Level 1 offered by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She has also completed Herman & Wallace Level 2A, which focuses on the treatment of colorectal and coccyx conditions, male pelvic floor issues, and pudendal nerve dysfunction.
