Mae Hughes, a highly skilled professional, is a Board Certified Sports Specialist who has received additional training as a pelvic floor therapist. She obtained her Doctorate degree from Belmont University, following her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. Mae furthered her education by completing a sports residency at Vanderbilt, and she has also undergone advanced training at the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, specifically focusing on treating the pelvic floor for women. With a particular emphasis on female athletes and the pre and post-natal population, Mae specializes in treating a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti abdominis, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
