Louise, a highly accomplished Physical Therapist, obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2000. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate degree at Yale University in 1991. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Louise has been working as a Physical Therapist at South Miami Hospital since 2001. Currently, she specializes in treating outpatients at the Pelvic Health & Continence Testing department.

Louise’s expertise lies in addressing a wide range of conditions related to urinary and fecal incontinence, voiding and defecation problems, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction. Beyond her clinical work, Louise is passionate about patient education and actively engages in clinical research. She is also actively involved in local community programs, where she shares her knowledge and expertise. Additionally, Louise dedicates her time to managing a support group for individuals with Interstitial Cystitis.

Outside of her professional commitments, Louise is a proud mother of three boys and a retired Olympic athlete. Drawing from her personal experiences, she is driven by a personal goal to help her patients maintain their health and activity levels at all stages of life. Louise firmly believes that patient education is a powerful tool that empowers individuals to take control of their pelvic health and achieve independence.
