They completed their undergraduate BS in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia, followed by their DPT at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, FL. With certifications in manual therapy (MTC) and dry needling (CMTPT), they have gained expertise in their field. For the past 9 years, they have worked in hospital-based outpatient PT. In 2020, they established their own private practice called The Mama PT, which offers postpartum home visits, in-person treatment, as well as virtual wellness and Telehealth sessions. Specializing in women’s pelvic health disorders, including perinatal issues, pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and more, they provide comprehensive care.
