Liz, a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2017, achieved her doctorate in physical therapy. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in Human Movement with a focus on Corrective Exercise from A.T. Still University. In 2015, Liz obtained her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. Prior to her career as a physical therapist, Liz served in the United States Air Force and worked as a personal trainer.

Liz is a certified Pelvic Floor Level 1 specialist through Herman & Wallace. She specializes in treating various conditions such as pregnancy/postpartum issues, pelvic pain, and incontinence. Liz’s professional interests extend to biomechanical running evaluations and lower extremity overuse injuries.
