Lisa, a graduate from Idaho State University, obtained her physical therapy license in 2005. Alongside her physical therapy license, she is also a licensed Athletic Trainer and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Since graduating, Lisa has dedicated herself to furthering her education with over 1000+ hours of continuing education. She has received advanced training in functional manual therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Drawing inspiration from Pilates, Lisa helps her clients establish a strong mind-body connection through movement. She specializes in treating various pelvic health conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, post-prostatectomy, and pre/post natal care.
