Since 1995, the assistant has been treating pelvic floor patients. They graduated from Boston University-Sargeant College of Allied Health in 1980. They have additional qualifications including certification from the Spinal Manipulation Institute and biofeedback certification. They also have received training in Barral Visceral Manipulation, Barnes Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral therapy. They have completed pelvic floor training through Herman and Wallace as well as Marquette University, with advanced training for male patients and bowel dysfunctions. In 2011, they served as an assistant instructor for Marquette University’s “Evidenced Based Therapeutic Exercise for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction” course. They are a member of various professional associations, including the National Vulvodynia Association, Interstitial Cystitis Association, and Biofeedback Society of Wisconsin.
