Leslie Daley is a licensed occupational therapist who obtained her MS degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2012. With a specialization in John Barnes Myofascial Release, Leslie employs a hands-on therapeutic approach that targets the entire body, aiming to restore pelvic balance, reduce pelvic floor adhesions, alleviate pain, and enhance muscle control. She has received training in pelvic floor evaluation and treatment through respected institutions such as Herman & Wallace, Janet Hulme, and John Barnes seminars for women’s health.

With over 16 years of experience as a yoga teacher, Leslie incorporates specialized techniques that promote nervous system equilibrium, encourage healthy breathing patterns, and ensure pelvic floor resilience. In addition to this, her treatment for bladder control and pain issues may involve educating patients on bladder-friendly dietary choices, advising behavioral modifications to manage urges and frequency, and teaching techniques to coordinate, strengthen, and relax pelvic floor muscles.

Leslie is dedicated to empowering her patients to become independent in their self-care journey. She provides personalized guidance and unwavering support, helping individuals discover approaches that are uniquely effective for them. By adopting a truly holistic approach, Leslie aims to address her patients’ physical, emotional, and nutritional needs.
