Lauren, originally from Reno, NV, obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University. Following her studies, she enrolled in a post-graduate training program in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) at an acute rehabilitation facility.

Lauren’s dedication to her field led her to become a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art, achieving the highest level of distinction for this certification. Seeking to expand her expertise, she has also delved into pelvic floor physical therapy, further enhancing her understanding of the human body.

With a diverse range of experience in treating various conditions, Lauren takes a comprehensive approach to address her patients’ needs effectively. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active through activities such as running, hiking, and practicing yoga. As a member of the Impala Racing Team, an esteemed all-women’s running team based in San Francisco, Lauren has participated in several marathons and half marathons. Currently, she is on a mission to complete all the World Marathon Majors.
