Lauren is a highly experienced board certified physical therapist, with a specialization in the pelvis and pelvic floor. Her passion for understanding and respecting the human body and its ever-changing needs has driven her professional journey. Throughout her 13-year career, Lauren has pursued various avenues of knowledge and training, including yoga teacher training, meditation retreats, a Doctor of Physical Therapy program at LSU-HSC, numerous pelvic floor courses, professional care training in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute, and visceral manipulation training through the Barral Institute.

Through her diverse training and experiences, Lauren has developed a unique approach to listening to the body in order to facilitate a return to balance. She strongly believes in communicating with the innate intelligence of the body, aiming to encourage individuals to reconnect with their deep inner wisdom and create the necessary conditions for healing and thriving.
