Lauren Gastall PT, DPT graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Health Science Studies and in 2015 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is licensed as a physical therapist in multiple states, including California, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Lauren’s expertise lies in outpatient orthopedics and women’s health, with a focus on promoting overall wellness and preventing injuries. She takes great pleasure in engaging with her patients, providing guidance throughout the recovery process, and assisting them in returning to their favorite activities. Alongside her physical therapy qualifications, Lauren is also certified as a fitness instructor in various disciplines such as HAWT Pilates, AFAA Group Exercise, Spinning®, BodyBlade®, YogaFit®, and Ugi®. When she’s not working, Lauren cherishes spending quality time with her family, going for bike rides, and indulging in a good book.
