Lauren, a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, pursued her passion for healthcare by obtaining a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. In 2004, while experiencing pelvic pain after the birth of her first child, she sought training from renowned instructors Holly Herman and Kathe Wallace. This personal experience fueled her dedication to helping others in similar situations.

Lauren’s expertise in Women’s Clinical Specialist board certification, as well as certifications in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Obstetric Physical Therapy from the Academy of Pelvic Health, make her a highly qualified professional in her field. Her knowledge and skills have led her to present on various pelvic and women’s health topics to medical providers and the local community. Additionally, she imparts her knowledge to aspiring healthcare professionals as a teacher at the St. Luke’s School of Nursing, focusing on post-partum care.

Lauren’s contributions extend beyond her clinical work. She has written articles for Runner’s World Magazine and Health.com, addressing issues such as urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. Her belief in the importance of patient advocacy is evident in her commitment to listening and empowering each of her patients.
